Q1. Is it safe to enter my card details when ordering at verynice2.com?
A. Yes. Our site is approved by Protx and any sensitive data is encrypted so that nobody can read it.


Q2. Do you deliver outside mainland UK?

Yes. Please place your order as normal. Our customer services team will email you with the shipping cost price and a link. Please click this link and you will re-enter the checkout process with the correct delivery charge added to the basket, you can then continue through to the payment process to complete the checkout. If you have any difficulties or do not receive your shipping cost email - please contact us and we will answer your questions. If you are not receiving your delivery cost email please add  to your email address book as they may prevent this email from being treated as junk or spam mail.

Q3. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. £5.95. For a UK mainland delivery regardless of how big the order is. Some furniture items are very heavy and will need specialist delivery which will incur a delivery charge of up to £35, this charge will be shown on either the item listing or in your shopping basket.


Q4. Where’s my order?
A. You can track you order by visiting royalmail.com or parcelforce.com and enter the tracking number given to you at the time of despatch.


Q5. When will you debit my account?
A. You will debited at the time of ordering as we do not store any credit card details to debit at the time of dispatch.


Q6. How do I cancel my order?
A. Contact us immediately. If the order has already left our warehouse you will have to return the items to us at your cost and all the shipping charges will not be refunded.


Q7. What if I’m not in when you deliver?
A. Our carrier will leave a card to let you know they called. You can then contact them to re-arrange delivery.
