Delivery Cost?
A Standard Delivery charge of £4.95 inclusive of VAT is added to all orders weighing under 20kg being delivered to the UK mainland.
Furniture or very heavy items may incur a seperate delivery charge of up to £35 to the UK mainland. This will be illustrated either in the items description or at the shopping basket stage.
The Free Delivery offer is for orders of over £150 in total and is for UK mainland deliveries only. The Furniture Free Delivery offer applies to the UK mainland only.
Overseas Customers?
Please place your order as normal. Our customer services team will email you with the shipping cost price and a link. Please click this link and you will re-enter the checkout process with the correct delivery charge added to the basket, you can then continue through to the payment process to complete the checkout. If you have any difficulties or do not receive your shipping cost email - please contact us and we will answer your questions.
If you are not receiving your delivery cost email please add to your email address book as they may prevent this email from being treated as junk or spam mail.

Delivery Time?
We aim to dispatch goods withinin 14 working days of receipt of your order, however in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock you will be notified by email with an expected delivery date. We may part ship an order to you if a large order will be held up by a single item, you will be notified of this.
Just Brabantia relies upon the services of a third party courier. There are unfortunately on few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. Though this happens rarely, it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
We will ship your order to you only when it is complete, we will not part ship and order.
Who is our courier?
For orders to be delivered within the UK mainland which have a total weight of over 2 kg, the courier used will be Interlink Express, you should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), a card will be left by Interlink Express with a telephone number to call and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed. You can call the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers. If the total parcel weight is under 2kg we will use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service to deliver your goods, again someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for this. If noone is in at the time of delivery a card will be left and you will be required to collect the parcel from your local post office described on the card left. If a parcel is returned to us because of non delivery due to no-one home and non collection from the depot, we do get charged for the return, therefore an admin charge of £12 will be made to receive the parcel in to our warehouse. In this instance you will also be required to pay the delivery charge of £4.95 again for us to redispatch.
Tracking your parcel?
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming your order is being delivered. In most cases, the email will have a Parcelforce or Royal Mail Tracking number. If you are worried about the whereabouts of your order, you will be able to view the status of your delivery by visiting the Parcelforce or Royal Mail Website and enter your tracking number in the tracking box.
If you do not have a Tracking number on your email, please don't hesitate to email us and we will provide you with a tracking number. We will enquire as to the whereabouts of your parcel and advise you of our findings.
Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting. We may need to give Parcelforce your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. This information will not be kept by Parcelforce or used by any other third party.
If your products have been damaged or you have changed your mind?
If the goods are damaged upon receipt please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we can organise a replacement. Sometimes with expensive items the courier may need to inspect or collect the item for insurance purposes. If you simply do not like or have changed you mind about your purchase, then simply return the item back to us for a refund within 7 days. We will not refund any shipping costs in this instance. The items must be unused and in their original packaging without exception to qualify for a refund. We recommend you take adequate insurance when returning unwanted goods as they remain your responsibility until we have received them safely.
If the products that have been sent to you are not what you ordered?
If the goods that you have been sent are not what you have ordered please contact us immediately and we can rectify the order. We will organise collection of the item(s) by means of a UPS pickup or we would require you to post them back to us by Royal Mail of which all postage costs will be refunded. Please package the item sufficiently to satisfy the courier, all reasonable packaging costs will be refunded. Please do not remove any packaging from the item as if this is discovered upon receipt back to us and it is not in a resaleable condition it will be deemed as acceptance of the item and the full cost of the product will be charged. Upon safe receipt of the goods the correct order will be shipped to you.
