Returns & Refunds
At Just-Brabantia we will happily refund or exchange any items you have purchased that you find unsuitable or faulty.
- All returns must be sent with a completed returns form.
- The refund will be made to the card or PayPal account the initial payment was made on.
- If an item has been purchased in a sale or promotion and then returned, the amount to be refunded will be the original sale purchase price and not the current selling price.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible as we may have already packaged your order and arrangements may have been made for it to be sent out to you. If your order has left our warehouse and it is in transit, you will still be required to take delivery of the parcel and to return it to us as described in the items not wanted section as we cannot re-route parcels that are in transit.
Items not wanted
If you do not like or do not want the item you have ordered, no problem, simply return the items to us within 7 days after reciving the goods, at your own cost. Please print a returns form by clicking here and include this with the returned package. In this case you will only be refunded for the product cost and shipping charge of the original order.
Items damaged in transit
All items are checked thoroughly for faults and damages before packing. Upon delivery all items must be inspected as damages must be reported to just-brabantia.co.uk promptly. If your items are found to be damaged upon receipt, please contact us as soon as you can. If you do receive a damaged item you may be asked to email us a digital picture of the damage; this could avoid the item having to be collected or, if an insurance claim has to be made, all packaging must also be retained for inspection.
Once the damage has been confirmed, we will send a replacement item. If the damaged items do have to be returned please print, complete and include a returns form.
If any items given free of charge are damaged in transit, we will not be able to replace them
Faulty items
If your purchased items are found to be faulty please contact us as soon as you can, so we can arrange collection, all faulty items must be reported within a reasonable time. Please retain the return postage receipt as proof of cost incurred and ensure the packaging and insurance is sufficient for the return journey. Please print, complete and include a returns form.
Items sent in error
If the item(s) you have received are not what you have ordered please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange to have them collected. Please print, complete and include a returns form.
In all return cases please make sure sufficient insurance and packaging is used on all returned items, as all goods remain your responsibility until received safely back to our warehouse regardless of the reason they are being returned. In compliance with the distance selling regulations, customers have a responsibility for care of goods while they are in their possession.
Nothing described in our Refunds and Returns terms will affect your statutory rights.
