Q1. Is it safe to enter my card details when ordering from Just-Brabantia.co.uk?
A. Yes. Just-Brabantia.co.uk is committed to safeguarding the privacy of all of our customers. Our site is 100% safe and approved by Protx; - any sensitive data is encrypted so that it is impossible to read.
Q2. Do you deliver to outside mainland UK?
A. Yes. Please add your items to your basket as normal; from there you can select your delivery country and the delivery costs will be shown automatically. If your delivery country is not shown please contact us and we will be pleased to offer you a quote to the shipping destination you have chosen.
Q3. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. We charge £4.95 for a UK mainland delivery regardless of how many items you order. Delivery costs outside the UK mainland vary, and will be automatically calculated before you confirm your purchase. For destinations not included as an automatic option please contact us for a quote.
Q4. Where’s my order?
A. You can track your order by following the steps outlined on your despatch e-mail. If you require any help tracking your order please give us a call on 0844 770 5393 option 2 or you can e-mail us by completing the contact form by clicking here.
Q5. When will you debit my account?
A. You will be debited at the time of dispatch. We will not take any payment until your order has left our warehouse.
Q6. How do I cancel my order?
A. Contact us immediately. If you want to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, you will need to make sure you do this quickly as all orders are usually dispatched with 24 hours. If your order has already left our warehouse you will have to return the items to us at your own cost. Original shipping costs will be refunded.
Q7. What if I’m not in when you deliver?
A. Our carrier will leave a card to let you know they called. You can then contact them to re-arrange delivery. It is your responsibility to re-arrange delivery; if the goods are returned back to our warehouse we will be charged and you will be required to pay this fee.
Q8. I still haven’t received my order despite receiving a despatch email.
A. Please contact us so we can find out what has happened to your order and get back to you with more information.
